  4. Our products may be made, printed, packaged, and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and logistics partners.

  6. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions are displayed accurately.

  7. However:

    • Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and display settings.

    • Minor variations in printing, texture, finish, or color may occur during manufacturing.

    • Product dimensions may have minor manufacturing tolerances.

    • Lifestyle and room mockups are for presentation purposes and may not represent the exact physical size or environment of the product.

    8. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

    3. Orders

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including:

    • Full name

    • Mobile number

    • Email address

    • Complete delivery address

    • Correct PIN code

    9. Raagvan Coatings is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    4. Payment

    Raagvan Coatings currently accepts prepaid orders only.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

    Orders must be paid in full before they can be processed for production and shipping.

    5. Order Processing

    Our products may be made specifically after an order is placed.

    Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

    Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to the order's production status.

    6. Shipping and Delivery

    Orders are shipped through third-party logistics and delivery partners.

    Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details supplied during checkout.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

    • Delivery location

    • Courier operations

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays

    • Natural disasters

    • Remote or non-serviceable locations

    • Operational or technical issues

    • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

    Because many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

    Returns are not accepted for:

    • Minor color differences

    • Minor printing variations

    • Minor manufacturing variations

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

    • Failure to provide accurate delivery information

    • Any other reason that does not involve a manufacturing or fulfillment defect

    11. 8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

    If you receive a product that is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Misprinted

    • Incorrect

    • Significantly different from the product ordered

    12. please contact Raagvan Coatings within 7 days of delivery.

    To process a claim, we may require:

    1. Clear photographs of the product

    2. Photographs of the packaging

    3. Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

    4. Your order number

    5. Any additional information reasonably required to verify the claim

    13. We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package.

    After reviewing the claim, Raagvan Coatings may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing, printing, damage, or fulfillment error.

    9. Unboxing Video

    Customers are advised to record a continuous video while opening their package.

    The video should clearly show:

    • The unopened package

    • The package being opened

    • The product being removed

    • The condition of the product

    14. This helps us verify damage or other issues during transit.

    Claims without sufficient evidence may be difficult to verify and may therefore be rejected.

    10. Refunds

    Refunds are only provided for eligible and verified issues.

    Eligible circumstances may include:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Significant printing errors

    • Damaged products received during delivery

    • Incorrect products being delivered

    • Other verified fulfillment errors

    15. Refunds will not generally be provided for change of mind, personal preference, minor variations, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method.

    The processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

    11. Order Cancellation

    Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed.

    If production or fulfillment has already started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.

    Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request cancellation.

    12. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

    An order may be returned to the fulfillment facility or shipping partner if:

    • The customer provides an incorrect address

    • The address is incomplete

    • The PIN code is incorrect

    • The delivery location is not serviceable

    • The customer is unavailable for delivery

    • The customer cannot be contacted

    • The customer refuses to accept the package

    16. If a shipment is returned because of incorrect information or circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
